Release scope

• Reconcile all changes since published v0.32.1, including the unpublished 0.32.2 routing and context changes, selective Git-ignored indexing (feat(indexing): selectively index Git-ignored project paths #373), and four patched runtime dependency advisories (fix(deps): resolve four open security advisories #374).
• Bump package and lockfile to 0.33.0 and synchronize Claude/Codex plugin manifests.
• Replace the unpublished 0.32.2 changelog heading with the consolidated 0.33.0 section.

Validation

• Native and TypeScript build with CLI smoke, typecheck, lint passed.
• Entire suite: 2,466 tests passed and 6 skipped, with two existing timing/Git-maintenance flakes rerun separately after an initial concurrent run (2,464 passed / 2 failed).
• npm audit --omit=dev: 0 vulnerabilities. Full development audit has two moderate pi-coding-agent/undici findings.
• Both npm package names have 0.33.0 available; no tag or publication performed.

Publishing requires merge, tag on merged commit, then release publication via the existing GitHub Actions trusted workflow.
