[Feature] Add an option to disable built-in exclusions for paths containing “build”

Problem

The indexer automatically excludes paths whose directory or file name contains build, such as build-tools/source.ts. This built-in filter cannot currently be overridden with include or additionalInclude, even when the files are relevant source code.

Proposed Solution

Add a boolean configuration option, excludeBuildPaths, defaulting to true to preserve current behavior.

When set to false, the option should disable the built-in build-path filters for both initial indexing and file watching. Explicit exclude patterns and applicable .gitignore rules should still take precedence.

Alternatives Considered

• Add the paths to include or additionalInclude: the built-in filter still excludes them.
• Rename the directories or files: this changes the project structure solely to accommodate the indexer.
• Maintain a local plugin patch: this works temporarily but must be maintained across updates.

Additional Context

The option should cover both directories such as build-tools/ and files such as build-helper.ts. Users should be able to keep specific output directories excluded with rules such as **/build/** while allowing other source paths containing build.
