• Added OTEL_ENABLED flag in run script that'll inject the pentelemetry-javaagent` if true.
• Added default config file otel.properties -> Can be overridden by ENV vars.
• Added OTEL.md for explanations.
• Added a logging.properties file condition in run
  • If the file exists, it'll apply it
  • Otherwise it is ignored
• Added a logging-example.properties that can be duplicated and used to silence lousy logs.

Should we not also add the OTEL properties to the Dockerfile & compose or is there a reason to no ship in the same image ?

I've added it to the Dockerfile.

The compose didn't change because I don't think it's a good idea to bundle SigNoz with it.
If we want to run the compose with SigNoz, it's just a matter of ENV variables we use when starting compose. (SigNoz must be started on its own)
