feat(deploy): serve the panel over HTTPS with Caddy and Let's Encrypt - #204

Add an opt-in `https` compose profile running Caddy in front of the frontend.
It obtains and renews a Let's Encrypt certificate for SITE_ADDRESS and
redirects HTTP to HTTPS.
- docker-compose.prod.yml: caddy service (profile https), FRONTEND_BIND so the
panel can be bound to loopback, caddy-data/caddy-config volumes.
- Caddyfile: reverse proxy to the frontend for {$SITE_ADDRESS}.
- nginx.conf: forward X-Forwarded-Proto from the proxy instead of always http.
- deploy-gcp.yml: when the SITE_ADDRESS repository variable is set, ship the
Caddyfile and start the https profile with the panel on 127.0.0.1:8080
(overrides the old FRONTEND_PORT=80 in the VM's .env). Unset keeps the
previous behavior.
