Summary

  • Release-workflow uploads now set retention-days: 7.
  • Proptest failure logs are diagnostics and expire after 1 day.
  • Does not change action pins. Existing tag artifacts already stored are not deleted by this PR.

Test plan

  • release.yaml and rust.yml parse
  • The next tag build requests 7-day retention
