Add regression coverage for PR #296 across prompt-cache observations, fingerprinting, metadata normalization, request-log snapshots and failover, usage-log sanitization, and sanitized Spark requests. Exercise analyzer measurement boundaries, time windows, stdin, malformed rows, cohort and shape grouping, ranking limits, and CLI errors.
The range also adds inline documentation to observability and analyzer helpers and reformats the touched files.
