Offline Android app for strength + surf-conditioning training plans and a free activity log (surf, altinha, run, climb), with a calorie estimate and manga-sticker celebrations. Kotlin + Jetpack Compose, local SQLite.

Requires JDK 17 and the Android SDK (compileSdk 37). Version 3.0.0 replaced the earlier React Native app (tag rn-final).
