My interests include genomics, data science, single-cell analysis, spatial transcriptomics, and data integration.
I also develop tools for browsing biological sequences and organizing research workflows.
I'm learning Python and R for data analysis, and Python for building command-line tools. So far, I mainly use R for plotting with ggplot2.
I enjoy learning how to analyze single-cell and spatial data by reading open-source code. I'm currently exploring Squidpy and SpatialData.
I'm also learning Rust to build command-line tools.
