feat(members): paginate list and show linked accounts

• Paginate member rows and cards at 24 results per page, with range/page counts and Previous/Next controls. Reset on search/filter changes and clamp the displayed page when results shrink.
• Remove group badges from the quick view while preserving group filtering, fuzzy search, academic filters, profile navigation, and the org chart.
• Show linked GitHub/Discord usernames from the existing entity API, falling back to actual provider IDs when usernames are absent. Account queries mount only for the current page, share the profile cache, and cancel when no longer observed; loading, unavailable, and unlinked states remain distinct.
• Give email a dedicated desktop column and labeled, wrapping placement on mobile and cards.
