零文件差异与纯文档变更保留 quality 并记录跳过原因，避免空变更重复安装依赖和运行全量测试。 同一 PR 的新运行取消过期运行，保留 main 与手动运行的独立检查。
Move role methods and internal Prompt contracts into packaged Markdown resources, add non-destructive initialization with read-only diff and preview, and freeze resolved static resources per new Run.
Use stable status codes and attempt identities for notification decisions while localizing human-facing copy by Run language.
Force the history-language test through the Rich terminal path and validate wrapped evidence without weakening exact plain output or JSON/audit stability.
Make concise notifications reflect actual ticket and acceptance milestones, and report manual Resume outcomes only after observable worker or controller progress. Keep formal-pass gating, stable deduplication, bounded records, bilingual copy, and existing async cleanup boundaries intact.
Reuse History semantic attempts and invocation bindings to show development and review rounds, execution time, model, and reasoning effort without replacing the existing all-agent total. Keep aggregation conservative when history links or timing are incomplete, and expose the new labels in both languages.

Report missing or incompatible `gh` for manual official installation and capability recheck instead of planning an incompatible APT candidate. Keep Runner snapshot protection and add bounded, stage-specific build diagnostics, bilingual installation guidance, and regression coverage.

仅将四份可定制角色主体保留为 Markdown，内部文案按职责配对维护中英文。复用现有输出 schema 和语义校验，保留动态事实、Run 静态快照及候选安装包探针边界。 内部资源键已更新，旧 Run 不迁移。验证：完整套件 3232 项通过，补充候选文案失败测试 3 项通过，152 个源文件类型检查通过。

兼容性：缺少所需语言或资源快照的旧 Run 明确不兼容，不自动迁移。旧版个人 Prompt 文件保留，按文档手工迁入四份新主体。
