Mirror the plain TCP activity refresh in RemoterTls so successful reads and writes reset the configured inactivity deadline. Blocked, failed, and empty operations continue without refresh. Extend the existing TLS integration test using the release branch propagated 1.5 second timeout. This backports the TLS portion of ioflo#168 and fixes ioflo#170 for v0.6.20.
