eMudhra/emSign intermediate CAs were issued with recoverable private keys (disclosed 2026-10-20). Trust in the emSign root is being removed everywhere. pip and uv ship their own CA bundle (certifi), so the pins in this repo must be raised regardless of OS updates.
Minimums: pip 26.2.2, certifi 2026.10.19, uv 0.13.4; Go 1.26.10 / 1.27.3 (CVE-2026-111943); Node 22.23.4 / 24.22.1 / 26.12.1 (bundled CA store).
