Allow students to access available courses

Proposed changes

Brief description of what is fixed or changed

• Added student access to the Courses Roll List.
• Added faculty/designation-based access for Associate Professor, Professor, Assistant Professor, and Dean Academic.
• Renamed the sidebar item from Generate Student List to Courses Roll List.
• Updated the navigation test to verify that faculty can access the Courses Roll List.
