Registers shared lock tests that were not running against Redis, including the renewal and multi-resource cases added in Foundatio#580. Shared tests only run when the provider fixture overrides them.

RedisLockTests: 4 olderAcquireAsync_*tests that were never registered, and 7 renewal/multi-resource cases from #580. All pass against Redis (944 passed, 0 failed).Draft until #580 is released, since the new tests need its test harness.
