Feature description

Currently when only using synced calendars there is no way to hide or delete the local calendar, so it is always shown as an option taking up space

Why do you want this feature?

Ideally Id like to be able to remove a calendar I am planning on never using

    I'm very surprised this is such a fresh issue... Deleting the local calendar or at least hiding it makes total sense.

    It's actually a very old issue - see #150.
