One screen for the decision. Built for Hackyard Yard #3, theme One Screen.
Keel keeps a choice on a single sheet: the question, the options, the weights, the sacrifice, and one line you can say out loud. If the decision needs another page, it is not ready.
- Score options against criteria you weight yourself. Scores are a weighted average from 0 to 5.
- The verdict names the leader, what it takes, and what it gives up against the runner-up.
- A hinge tells you the nearest weight change that unseats the leader. On the sample sheet, Lisbon leads until Pay reaches 71, and then Austin takes it.
- Copy the line, export a PNG, or lock the sheet. Locks stay in this browser. Nothing is uploaded, and there is no account.
Scrolling, the lock dialog, and the locks list are overlays on the same screen. There are no routes.

Yard #3 allows scrolling, modals, and panels. It does not allow a second page, a routed flow, or a wizard that moves you forward. Keel is one view. The constraint is the product: a decision that does not fit here is not finished.
