Add component tests for components/streams/qr-share-dialog.tsx

Description

qr-share-dialog.tsx (added for issue #153, QR code sharing) has zero component test coverage.

Task

Add tests asserting the dialog renders a QR code for the given URL, and that copy/share actions fire the expected callbacks.

Self-contained dialog with a clear, testable contract.
