Bump @flowfuse/flow-renderer for certified node support #5924

Description

Once FlowFuse/flow-renderer#119 is released, we need to bump @flowfuse/flow-renderer here so flows on the site render the certified nodes properly.

That release adds icons and colours for S7, CIP Suite, OPC UA, Modbus, Redis, RTSP and Kafka. Today these render as plain white boxes.

package.json has ^0.5.0, which won't pick up a 0.6.x release (a caret on 0.x stays within the minor version). So the range and the lockfile need updating. build:js:nuxt copies index.min.js to nuxt/public/js/flowrenderer.min.js, so a build after the bump picks it up.
