Changelog entry: MCP OAuth authentication for AI agents #5611

Add a changelog entry for the new OAuth 2.0 authentication flow that lets external AI agents (Claude Code, Claude Desktop, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, etc.) authenticate with FlowFuse automatically.

Key points to cover:

• Users can now connect their MCP client to FlowFuse by providing their instance URL. OAuth discovery handles the rest (no manual token setup needed).
• Consent page lets users choose read-only vs full access and which teams to grant access to.
• Works with any MCP client that supports OAuth (Claude Code, VS Code Copilot, Gemini CLI, etc.)
• Works for both cloud and self-hosted installations.
• Builds on the existing PAT infrastructure for access control.
