Do not enable plugin if in an existing managed instance #26

Current Behavior

This plugin is intended for NR instances that are unmanaged by FF. There is no value in installing it a FF managed instance - and will likely only confuse matters.

The plugin should self-disable if we detect we're in a FF env - either hosted or remote
