Add a complete Italian (it) locale for all five namespaces (common, settings, chat, server, sidebar) and register it as a built-in language (language list, translation-editor bundles, language picker with flag). Keys, plural forms and interpolation placeholders match the English source. Adds a complete Italian (it) locale for all five namespaces (common, settings, chat, server, sidebar) and registers it as a built-in language (language list, translation-editor bundles, picker with flag). Keys, plurals and placeholders match the English source. Not run locally: tsc/tests, relying on CI.
