Update Tutorial Scripts etc. to Use Fairyring `Encrypter` and `ShareGenerator` instead of Separate SubModules

Scope

As per meeting today with @ap0calypse644, @SetarehGhorshi, @p0p3yee and @pememoni, we will:

• Use Fairyring Encrypter and ShareGenerator in an update for this tutorial and other tutorials going forward.
• In the context of this tutorial, and scenarios not revolving around a front end, we will use the term encrypter tool. This includes for the way we are using encrypter within this tutorial.
