• Swap the logo <img> from logo-wordmark.png to fa_updated_full.svg (same CloudFront path, width="220" unchanged) in README.md and all 14 translated READMEs under docs/i18n/.
• Add a CHANGELOG ### Docs entry under 0.0.11-beta.3.
