Add Dodo Payments plugin

Adds the official Dodo Payments plugin as a single marketplace entry with an external url source pinned to a full commit SHA — no files vendored into this repo.

The source repo uses the Claude Code layout (.claude-plugin/plugin.json, skills/, .mcp.json), which Droid translates on cache copy per the plugin docs.

  • dodo-knowledge — https://knowledge.dodopayments.com/mcp, documentation search, no auth.
• No hooks, commands, droids, or scripts. MIT licensed, published from the official dodopayments org.

Users can also add the source repo directly: droid plugin marketplace add dodopayments/dodo-agent-plugin.

Updated to v0.6.5, pinned at 8616a7c (was v0.6.0 / 9258be0). Since 0.6.0: an 18th skill (dodo-mcp-usage), long skill sections moved into per-skill references/ so every SKILL.md is under 500 lines, and an audit of every skill's examples against the current SDK.
