背景
README 之前是英文的，与项目「面向中文读者」的约定不一致；同时缺少一张能一眼看清音频/图片两条管线各 Stage 关系的总览图。

README.md全文翻译为中文：架构概览、数据流、引擎分工表、环境准备、五个 Stage 的用法、已验证版本表、注意事项与已知限制。命令、字段名、环境变量名保持原样不译。docs/images/pipeline-overview.png。资源

has_gloves/helmet/cafeteria_location/text_ocr/objects/caption/VLM_score/VLM_confidence等字段属于规划中能力，当前实现里--use-llm是替换本地人脸/清晰度分析而非并行合并。已在图下方加注说明，避免读者按图去用不存在的字段。验证
