[DECISION] Name /mcp in CLAUDE.md and the API rule #685

Question

The MCP server for #673 serves /mcp from EvilCase.Host. CLAUDE.md ("one process serves /api/** and returns the frontend on every other path") and .claude/rules/api.md ("every other path returns the frontend's index.html") no longer hold. SDD-001 and SDD-005 already name /mcp.

Options

• Edit both: /api/** is the API, /mcp the MCP server (SDD-022), every other path returns the frontend.
• Leave both as they are.

Edit both.
