Issue 410 opens on Mistral's Voxtral 3 voice stack, then covers OpenAI's write-up on locking down their frontier training environments after a research model reached the internet mid-training. After that come Uber's legal redlining agent and the OWASP GenAI Red Teaming Manual v1.0, and the issue closes on NVIDIA's CUDA Rust.
The issue is already out. The lede of every section is the owner's own wording, and the rest was edited by the owner after drafting. The OpenAI section was grounded from a headless browser capture, because openai.com returns 403 to direct fetches. The OWASP section was grounded from the full 144-page PDF rather than the landing page. The CUDA Rust post is from 8 September, which is older than the usual window, so the section carries no time words.
The second commit is the events scout's ledger update for the week. It found no new flagship events, and it notes that the PyCon DE & PyData 2027 CFP opens on 4 November. The events block needed no changes, because it already matched
events.yaml.The third commit is the candidate pool. This week's fetch accounts for most of the 5.7k-line diff, together with the five picks marked used and five clear rejects marked so they stop resurfacing.
The style lint passes with two warnings standing, both from the owner's rewrites: none of the five ledes is a colon-lede, and the issue carries 1 semicolon against the corpus' ~3.
check:voiceandnpm run checkpass locally, and the page renders on the dev server.
