Refresh the checked-in dependency inventories
When this commit runs the dependency-inventory step in .github/workflows/ci.yml, expected_python_ids() reads tzdata==2026.5 from this lock while docs/supply-chain/dependency-inventory.json still contains only pypi:tzdata@2026.4; the validator compares these sets exactly, so required CI fails. The deterministic software-inventory manifest also records the old blobs for this file and pyproject.toml, so the dependency and software inventories need to be regenerated with the lock update.

Regenerate the production lock for SQLAlchemy 2.1
Broadening this range does not actually ship or test the advertised SQLAlchemy 2.1.3 update: deploy/Dockerfile.backend installs deploy/backend-requirements.txt, and the CI jobs explicitly extract their SQLAlchemy version from that same lock, which remains pinned to 2.0.54. Regenerate deploy/backend-requirements.txt so production and compatibility tests exercise the new major-minor release.

Looks like these dependencies are updatable in another way, so this is no longer needed. |
