• add durable parent qualification campaigns, campaign APIs, immutable manifests, signed attestations, and capability matrices above the existing two-lane autonomous runner
• introduce pack/evidence/result/report/evidence-set/Study Pack v2-v3 contracts with configured trusted signers and exact pack-artifact-protocol-attestation activation bindings
• add deterministic OD watershed cells, descriptive IHC, special-stain/cytology baselines, evidence-level fusion, qualification-only candidate isolation, and bounded Atlas feasibility/paid-compute pause controls
• package an idempotent side-by-side 2.1.0 upgrade plus a credential-free allowlisted campaign-preparation command
