• ships a connected multipage intent workflow with backend health, Mech discovery, intent creation, simulation, approval, proof, activity, integration, and emergency-pause APIs
• replaces the placeholder brand mark and adds production-ready PNG/SVG assets
• adds a judge pitch deck and timed demo script source
• makes the deployed Vercel app expose its backend under /api/v1 and documents the live endpoints
• expands end-to-end coverage for the interactive backend flow
