Prepare judge demo and submission evidence

• add an under-four-minute judge demo script focused on the Olas-KeeperHub-Aave value loop
• add a submission checklist identifying live projects, KeeperHub surfaces, evidence IDs, and links
• expand README deployment/live acceptance references and incident recovery boundaries
• keep all live transaction and proof links explicitly operator-verified rather than fabricated
