Run complete-product acceptance, human validation, and release audit #92

Description

@EcstaceeLOR

Goal

Apply a binary finished-product gate before Signum is called complete.

Scope

  • Review every route and state against the route/UX contract on mobile, tablet, desktop, keyboard, screen reader, and embedded host.
  • Complete five first-time-player sessions plus an independent non-implementer audit.
  • Verify production Vercel deep links, manifest, widget, iframe behavior, source access, metadata, and rollback.
  • Record production Chain deployment/registration separately from standalone availability.
  • Resolve every critical/high finding and explicitly accept lower-severity debt.

Acceptance criteria

  • Every child issue in the complete-product epic is closed with evidence.
  • Five human sessions meet comprehension/time criteria and findings are documented without personal data.
  • Independent reviewer signs the tested commit and production URL.
  • No placeholder, dead control, fake data, broken route, contract/RTP mismatch, or critical/high finding remains.
  • Release record identifies exact commit, CI run, deployment, URL, and production Chain address when real wagering is enabled.
