What changed

• removes the hard dependency on Vercel RPC variables by shipping reviewed public testnet defaults
• adds five searchable, synchronized machine listings across construction, agriculture, energy, logistics, and manufacturing
• adds distinct machine artwork, multi-term discovery, and route-level rental coverage
• adds an idempotent two-chain catalog seeder plus public transaction evidence
• strengthens production smoke, configuration validation, and bundle audits

• 54 web unit tests
• 23 relay tests (plus one optional Postgres test skipped locally)
• 6 device tests
• 12 Chromium end-to-end journeys
• TypeScript, full workspace build, production fallback build, bundle/security audit
