feat: add My Rentals activity dashboard

What changed

• reconstruct connected-wallet rentals from Sepolia UsagePaid events in a fresh browser
• correlate relay jobs, ProofKeyASC processed orders, CC3 activation events, and live AccessPass credentials
• group records into pending, active, expired, failed, and action-required URL-backed tabs
• fail closed on duplicate orders and conflicting transaction/order/machine/payer correlations
• add CC3-time countdowns, pagination, machine/proof/explorer links, retry and resume actions
• merge wallet-scoped local pending payments optimistically while keeping chain/indexer state authoritative
• support direct history-to-checkout recovery through machine-specific resume links
• add downloadable, structured rental receipt JSON
• add polished responsive loading, empty, diagnostic, lifecycle, and activity states

Verification

• 33 web tests pass, including complete pending-to-expired lifecycle and wallet isolation coverage
• Playwright fresh-browser test recovers an active rental from chain + relay state
• production build passes
• live four-source smoke test recovered 1 active rental with its source transaction
• relay readiness confirmed
