Add IBCarpet after JoaCarpet stops updating. Limit JoaCarpet to the existing supported range through 1.21.1 and enable IBCarpet for later versions. Install IBCarpet via Modrinth for 1.21.11, 26.1.2, and 26.2. Regenerate changelog from the latest release base.
Add IBCarpet to the Carpet README sections using the sheet/display-name order, between Carpet TIS Addition and JoaCarpet.
