chore: remove unused master-node host - #107

master-node was a dedicated Traefik ingress VM (100.83.126.36) with no k3s or other workloads. Traefik is no longer in use, leaving the host orphaned with stale route targets. Remove flake config, deploy-rs node, host files, and script references. The traefik NixOS module is kept for potential reuse.

master-node was a dedicated Traefik ingress VM (Tailscale 100.83.126.36) with no k3s or other workloads. Traefik is no longer in use, leaving the host orphaned with stale route targets (argocd -> 192.168.1.202:30080, grafana -> 127.0.0.1:2342).
