Bumps epg-and-sports-editor to v0.4.07.

Feature + fixes for Sports Editor / Sport Templates:

• Configurable Pregame and Postgame windows (new Sports Editor settings). Postgame Window (0–12 h, default 3 h) replaces a fixed 1-hour window after a game ends; Pregame Window is "all day" from local midnight (minimum 6 h before kickoff, following the Local Display Timezone) or a fixed 0–24 h before kickoff. The old UTC-midnight anchor gave games kicking off just after UTC midnight almost no pregame.
• College football works with either template ("NCAA Football" and "NCAAF" now search both the ESPN scoreboard and the ESPN+ watch feed).
• Provider name formats matched correctly — feed tags/numbers, times, dates, rankings, language notes and underscores are stripped per team side.
• No more wrong-game renames — team matching compares whole words instead of accepting any 60%-similar text; TV-show rows from the watch feed are ignored.
• The Sports Editor EPG source no longer flips to a false "error", and Dispatcharr's cached guide output is refreshed after programs are written.
