Bumps epg-and-sports-editor to v0.4.06.

Bug fixes for Sports Editor / Sport Templates:

• Post-refresh processing now works for any install folder name. The plugin looked up its saved settings under one hard-coded key, but Dispatcharr keys a plugin by its install folder name, so a manual install into a hyphenated folder silently skipped all automatic processing after M3U/EPG refreshes. The plugin now derives its key from its own folder, accepts both spellings, and warns if it can't find its settings.
• Correct home/away on matched games: matching no longer picks the schedule feed's duplicate broadcast-only row (usually reversed away/home); it prefers the complete main row, then matching orientation, then the game closest to now.
• Sports Editor settings also list groups with Auto Channel Sync enabled before their first channels exist.
