vercel.json: the/uploads/:filerewrite now goes tohttps://portfolio-api-63am.onrender.com/api/uploads/:file. It used to point at the dead Railway URL. This was the only rewrite pointing at Railway; the other is the SPA fallback.README.md: the deploy checklist and theVITE_API_URLexample now name Render + Neon, and link toDEPLOY.md.src/lib/api.ts: comment updated (Railway → Render).
