Adds an original SVG diagram that follows an input street image and snowy-weather instruction through the editor to an edited image and an illustrative local word explanation. The figure uses the site's existing blue and pastel visual style, has accessible text, and labels word emphasis as illustrative.
The article introduces the figure before explaining instruction perturbations and links to the existing XWhy guide.
Validation: rendered the SVG at 1200 px and visually inspected it; GitHub documentation build will validate the site.
