💡 What: Optimized the remove_participant_from_room function to directly call remove_participant on the LiveKit API without first calling list_participants. Missing participant 404s are now cleanly caught via exceptions.
🎯 Why: The previous code was iterating over an unnecessary network response, doubling the API latency and increasing risk of rate limiting.
📊 Impact: Halves the network requests in this flow, turning an O(N) network-bound lookup into an O(1) removal.
🔬 Measurement: Verify tests still pass via python -m pytest backend/ and observe reduced network latency during transfers.
