docs: redirect the site root to the home page - #43

The home page lives at /home/ and there was no docs/index.md, so the site root - linked from the README and the Coder Registry README - was a 404. A root page now redirects there. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

That root is linked from the README and the Coder Registry README (coder/registry#1167).
