Closing this grouped update because npm ci fails: TypeScript 7.0.2 is outside the TypeScript peer range required by typescript-eslint 8.70.0. The frontend and Docker checks therefore fail before the other updates can be validated. PR #236 separates major updates so routine minor and patch updates can be proposed independently.
