Summary

• Add a version-pinned, immutable registry for redacted and synthetic defensive research evidence.
• Validate exact references plus duplicate and unknown category rejection without runtime behavior.
• Keep operational surfaces, task/module/ATT&CK mappings, and live control outside the contract.
