Closes #122

Summary

• Add one inert, versioned JSON corpus of v1 result and status-update accept/reject vectors.
• Run the same corpus through the existing Go and Rust contract validators.
• Keep runtime behavior, schemas, dependencies, and CI workflow unchanged.
