[Bug]: Autobuy not working

• I have searched the issues and there is no duplicate

• I confirm that someone else has reproduced the bug

Bug Description

When selecting autobuy, set the check amount to 5 minutes (minimum) and setup every value of the stuff (mostly ammo) to buy, it doesnt buy anything

Expected Behavior

When selecting what to buy (by chaning the amounts) it should buy after 5 minutes the requested amount

Steps to Reproduce

activate plugin
select the amounts to buy and when to buy
wait the time (in my case 5 minutes)
nothing gets bought

@BloodyTakao This is an in-game visual bug.
The numbers don't update for purchased slug ammo until you reload the game or start using them.

It is easy to replicate this in the official Flash client:

1. Open the official Flash player and launch the game.
2. In the hangar window, open the "Shop - Ammo" menu.
3. Purchase the ELS-D01 manually.
4. Check the amount of ELS-D01 on the game screen - nothing has changed.

However the bot have a bug which related to Autobuy.
I opened PR there with a fix darkbot-reloaded/DarkBot#470

I have checked with rocketlauncher ammo aswell, didnt bought it too
I also checked via backpage and there the slug ammo wasnt refreshed aswell

in the TYX plugin, autobuy works (as an small information)

@BloodyTakao Please read my comment about the bug in the bot above. I have already opened a fix PR.
If you open the bot log you may find error message: java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Illegal base64 character 1f
