Update the bbdev, bebop, and ModelTest e2e submodules from the current main versions to fix opt-in LeNet BEMU Perfetto runs.
Dependencies: buddy-compiler/buddy-examples#20, DangoSys/bbdev#18, DangoSys/bebop#22.
Validation: syscall regression with actual file writes, Perfetto conversion fixture, LeNet CMake OFF/ON configuration, chip build-command quoting, Rustfmt, and gitlink pre-commit hooks passed. Full LeNet/BEMU simulation was not run.
