What this pull request does
Dependabot opened one pull request per Composer package, each running the whole CI matrix. Minor and patch updates now land together in a single weekly pull request; a major update keeps its own, so the one most likely to break is reviewed and reverted alone. Security updates are not affected: they still come one by one.
