[Bug]: JIT Admin Expiration Time

• I can reproduce this issue on the latest released versions of both CIPP and CIPP-API.
• I have searched existing issues (both open and closed) to avoid duplicates.
• I am not requesting general support; this is an actual bug report.

Issue Description

JIT Admin - New User Creation. Click Submit.

The green response shows JIT Admin Expires, but is using the start time value and not expiration value.

the time it returns is utc, so if you only did 1 hour, and you're one hour of utc it might return that. we'll look into returning in the local timezone
