Update dependencies and stop shipping build-only packages in the image - #22

Bump nuxt to ~4.5.2 and better-sqlite3 to ^13.0.3 with the rest of the dependency tree to clear the CRITICAL/HIGH CVEs the published-image rescan gate flagged (nuxt SSR RCE and cache disclosure, @nuxt/devtools RPC RCE, nanoid infinite loop). Move nuxt, @nuxt/ui, tailwindcss, the @iconify-json packages, and zod to devDependencies so the Docker deps stage installs only the four runtime externals and the runtime image no longer carries the Nuxt framework in /app/node_modules. Record the reviewed install scripts in the new npm allowScripts field to silence the approve-scripts warning.
